Shipping Policy

We ship across India using trusted delivery partners such as Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post Speed Post.
 

Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order items: 5–10 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Time

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro locations: 4–8 business days

  • Remote/Outlying areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to uncontrollable factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD with these conditions:

  • COD is available only for selected PIN codes.

  • Refusal of a confirmed COD order may result in:
    (a) permanent blocking of COD for the customer, and
    (b) recovery of shipping + COD charges.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, as applicable at the time of placing the order, will be displayed on the order page, and may change from time to time.
     

Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive:

  • Tracking link

  • Courier name

  • Estimated delivery date


Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If the package appears tampered or damaged:

  • Do not accept it.

  • Inform us within 24 hours with photos/video.

Accepted damaged parcels are not eligible for free replacement.
