  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
An order is confirmed only when:

  • Payment is successfully processed (for prepaid orders), or

  • COD confirmation is completed (for COD orders)

We may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Payment is incomplete or flagged as suspicious

  • The order appears fraudulent or high-risk

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors occur

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD availability depends on serviceable PIN codes

  • COD orders may require phone/SMS confirmation

  • If a customer refuses a confirmed COD order, we may:

    • Block COD for future purchases

    • Require settlement of shipping + COD handling charges before permitting future orders

We reserve the right to deny COD to users with a history of misuse.


Payment & Billing

We accept payments via secure partners (Razorpay/PayU/Stripe, etc.).
By providing payment information, you confirm that:

  • Billing and shipping details provided are accurate

Fraudulent transactions will be reported to authorities and service providers.


Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as:

  • Courier delays

  • Holiday closures

  • Remote location pin codes

The risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
